Thank you for sharing your experience, Orlando. We're truly sorry to hear your package did not reach you as expected. Our records show that your order was successfully delivered with a proof-of-delivery photo on file. Unfortunately, it appears the package may have been taken from your delivery location after it was dropped off — a situation that is beyond our control once the carrier confirms delivery. We did reach out and kindly asked you to file a claim directly with the carrier, as they are the appropriate party to investigate and compensate for lost packages in these circumstances. We understand that process can feel frustrating, and we genuinely wish we could do more on our end. If you'd like, we're happy to provide you with the carrier's claim information again to make the process easier. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll assist you every step of the way. We value your business and hope to have the opportunity to make this right. — The Onlynse Team
