Thank you for your patience while we looked into this issue. We understand that there can be a discrepancy between the shipping date of a system and the expected delivery date based on product availability. We apologize that you experienced a longer than expected period between order and delivery. We are currently investigating the unique details of this particular delay and taking steps to avoid them in the future. In reviewing your order, we did notice that no Wi-Fi antennas had been selected during configuration. Because we offer a variety of antennas, and because some customers choose to install their own antennas when their systems arrive, Wi-Fi antennas are not included by default and must be added to the configuration at the time of purchase. In reference to the gray block of clay you mentioned, that is a thermal pad that can be used when adding additional components to the system. We apologize that your experience was less than ideal and we look forward to the opportunity to do better in the future.
