I will admit the bargain basement price of $25 for an online course was a great price. But the prices to get my certificate was outrageous. When I tried to back out my credit card had already been charged. Needless to say I contacted customer service and spoke to James... my online angel! I asked if they could do a price match for the email or refund my card. He did even better! The fee was waived. Thank you so much!
