This is a horrible course. Many are like this, though. But this one tries to upsell you every step of the way. Do not let them. I wouldn't take this course to begin with, but if you do, do not pay anything more than the $25 plus tax for the course itself. You can get the 3A driving record from Texas.gov for cheaper. They truly try to rip you off every step of the way and use deceptive practices. I would not use this course in the future or recommend it to anyone.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NEVERRRR TAKE THIS COURSE! SAVE YOURSELF! I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. I haven't been this stressed in a while. The course itself was fine, but they did have random checks to make sure your there. In the end, all they want is MONEY. It's $50 for it to be emailed to you and $50 for all the other delivery methods besides the standard 11-30 days. I had to call the court and they luckily said I can get it by the end of the month, so when I chose the free option, they kept asking if I was sure and then they moved the price to $10 for the email, LIKE WHAT?!? I chose the email option and then they kept asking for add ons including a processing fee, which stressed me out more. I FINALLY got the document and it asked for a PASSWORD. It was my drivers license, but I was freaking out. I'm going to send the document in and just pray I didn't get scammed even though they are verified under TDLR. Worst experience ever, I'm always checking Trust Pilot from now on!

So my husband signed up, then it asked for his card number to pay, it charged our bank 6 times. Once $57.??, then 5 times $49.95. Granted they immediately put the 5 $49.95 back. He wasn't able to access the course until during the week after he was finally able to get ahold of someone bc it kept saying he needed to pay. We had already paid. He finally finished the course and it asks do you want a rush and text confirmation for $14.95? Sure why not bc we need to get it done ASAP. Why do we have another charge that actually cleared this time of another $49.95?? We emailed them, nothing, can't call them bc they don't take customer service calls which is bs. Stay away from them unless you want your money to disappear!

!SCAM! STAY AWAY FROM IT. They will charge double of the legal price and charge for email record, AVOID AT ALL COST.

Horrible website. The additional charges are crazy. Course and driving record was supposed to be $44.95 plus $3.00. Paid over $113. Very confusing billing questions after I already entered my credit card. I wish I would have gone somewhere else.

cant reach any support online. Page is just upsells and try to charge for everything. The phone number for the customer support just puts you on a loop.

This site is a trap! The price is okay but when it comes to delivery of certificate they ask $49.95 for an email! They are just crooks, stay away!

Very scammy, they charge $50 for emailing you the certificate and they don’t mention this until you already purchased the course. They make it seem affordable then as soon as you buy the course there is about 10 pages of things it asks you to buy then on top of that it asks for a tip?! Very scammy.
