misleading pricing; email delivery is automated and does not need to be priced at 50 dollars, if your course costs 80 dollars, advertise it as 80 dollars.

Pricing for certificate delivery by email is predatory and you know it. Delivery of documents via email is the standard nowadays.

it keeps telling me i have insufficient funds on my credit card which is not the case. it has over $20,000.00 of avalible credit

I paid for driving course and driving record with Extra to have fees to my home and the next page automatically came up telling me to pay again

Should provide pricing information ahead of time for one day delivery!

Upselling nightmare. There should not be an additional fee for a simple email delivery. Ridiculous.

pop ups, and clarity on mailing

super expensive just to get an email of your certificate should be free for an email
