email delivery shouldn't cost extra

Your website states 25.00 course. After signing up for it, then it reveals that the certificate has to be paid for is needed in less than 11 days. That looks ugly to me to get tons more money out of us. Shameful. I don't appreciate it. In person courses always gave it same day. So doing it online should be even easier and not charge double the cost of the course.

I am not sure why i am being asked for a rating before i have taken the course. also, I thought that i had already chosen and paid for an option (emailed completion certificate) and the next screen asked whether i wanted the exact option that I'd paid for. It is very confusing for no reason. I'm not even sure at this point that I will get what i paid for. Its very disappointing.

Sure would be nice if you mentioned the 50 dollar email fee up front...

Nothing helped me at all

It implies that the certificate is included, then as you're checking out, you learn that it's an extra $50 to get your certificate emailed to you. Even though that's less effort than mailing, which is free because it's so slow. They are totally price gouging and hide the fact that they charge for the certificate. The people in charge here are the lowest of the low, totally predatory.

Asking me about a bunch of upcharges. Just a money grab
