There is a defect in the tongue that causes extreme discomfort in their boot. I filed a warranty claim and they refused to take care of it because it’s not visible. I assume if there were visible defects they wouldn’t send their shoes out, that’d be silly. Well, I assure you, I can FEEL it both with my hand and while wearing the boot. I wouldn’t order from them again. They are not concerned with sending out bad product. For reference, the left boot is perfectly fine. In fact, if both fit like the left boot they’d be great. When you run your hands along the tongue of the left versus the right it’s evident there’s something in the tongue of the right that shouldn’t be in there. So, I have $230 worth of useless boots now. I have been waiting for a refund since the end of February. I got several emails that it’s due but the system is upgrading and nothing since…. Can’t trace the return on the system too.

(Og her er altså stor forskel på str. i de forskellige brands) Ja, priserne er noget lavere end hos en dansk forhandler. Men kundeservice og returordning findes der ikke noget af! Der var ikke engang ordreseddel med i pakken. Og alt kommunikation foregår på engelsk! Købte et par Adidas løbesko, str. passede ikke helt. Retur fragt skulle jeg selv stå for! Det er 200kr.!! Fordi shoppen har adresse i Holland!! Så det er egentlig lidt frækt af dem, at de laver en hjemmeside på dansk!! Jeg sætter ihvertfald aldrig mine fødder hos den webshop igen!!

I ordered a 2nd gen bluetooth smart fit watch. I didn't receive any confirmation information, so didn't know whether it had gone through or not. I emailed them asking if they had received the order, again no answer. The watch then arrived 10 days later, but it's faulty, tried to contact them but have no other way other than going through their website & then they don't get back to you.

Excellent customer service I emailed them last night had a strap that was faulty within a few hours they had sent out a replacement

I bought the Smart Fit Band and love it! My only complaint is that I have to charge it every other day. I was hoping for at least 4 or 5 days on a full charge but I only get about 2 days on a full charge. Other than that, I would recommend it.
