This question should be 'what went right?' First, the notary called into the session from her car. I can only hope she wasn't driving. Next, she disconnected three times Then, she said it was complete and we would receive a payment link. After 3 rounds of instant messaging, we finally received a payment link that worked. Then we paid, and were supposed to get a link to d/l the notarized doc. We didn't We were sent another manual link and after downloading, the document was BLANK. Literally, nothing we signed or notarized was saved or visible. We finally received the notarized doc. it is now 90 minutes after we began I honestly can't recall ever using a service that performed so consistently poorly.

Hi Aviva, We’re sorry the session felt frustrating — that’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide. Our session logs show the notary encountered unstable connectivity from the participant side. To rule out any issue on her end, she relocated to a different network location, which is why you briefly saw her outside of her office in her parked car. She was not driving at any time. At the conclusion of the session, a payment link was automatically generated and sent immediately to the designated third-party payer. Because these links are system-generated emails, they can occasionally be delayed, filtered, or blocked by a recipient’s mail provider. When you notified us, our team manually resent a working link right away. After payment, the document link initially failed to render correctly — a rare delivery issue — and our support team promptly replaced it and confirmed the finalized notarized file. We also issued a courtesy discount due to the inconvenience. While the total timeline was longer than normal, the notarization itself was successfully completed and recorded. We appreciate your patience, and we’ve reviewed the session internally to help prevent similar disruptions in the future.Best regards, George

Had a session with a notary named Nancy for a legal document. I needed to clarify an item and afterwards she started complaining and threatening. Don't use this company, they are really awful.

I requested an apostilled document, they did not ask for any details and then failed to provide the service saying 'it's not legal'. After that they sent me a very rude and arrogant email. Not only I wasted time with them but this way of communication is just inappropriate.

I used this service for a document that I needed to send to a foreign country. The customer service agent connected me with a notary in Minnesota, which is a state that doesn't recognize e-signatures for apostilled documents. This was never disclosed to me. I contacted the company, requested they provide me with a document from a state that does apostille documents, and their only response was to request that I pay for ANOTHER session. It would be one thing if this was a title company or a private company that isn't accepting their e-signatures, but the SECRETARY OF STATE's office in the state they are doing e-signatures isn't accepting their signatures. It makes you wonder why they work with notaries in states that don't accept these signatures. At the very minimum they should be notifying their customers of this. When you go for a service like this, you expect them to be knowledgeable. If there are issues like this, customers should be warned so we could determine if it makes sense to go forward with the service or not. I get that everyone makes mistakes, but I gave this company an opportunity to fix their error and their only response was to blame me for not knowing that in Minnesota the e-signatures they are selling are not valid for apostilles. I would recommend trying to find a different company before doing an online notary session, as this company makes no effort to ensure the product they are selling will actually be of use to the customer.

Hello, We notarize hundreds of documents for apostille, but these are only for states that accept digital signatures. All remote online notary providers operate with the same guidelines. A remote online notary can be used for apostille if the Competent Authority under the Hague Convention (such as a US state's Secretary of State) accepts digital signatures. We notified you in our session guidelines that we do not notarize documents for apostille for US states that do not accept digital documents for apostille. Also, we notified you twice that you would not be receiving a document with a wet ink signature.

They ended my notary service and wasted my time because their AI facial recognition couldn't match my face to my drivers license. After 3 attempts, I contacted the chat and let them know that I thought the automated AI system was bull****, they cut me off and told me to go use another notary service if I was going to use such foul language.

Hi Jeff. Yes, we have a zero tolerance policy if a customer uses foul-language. We do not use automated AI. You were simply interacting with chat prompts that helped our support team understand the exact issue that you were experiencing. You were communicating with a live human. When you used foul language, we had to cancel your notary session.

Very Very unprofessional. If you make an appointment with them and do not get back to them promptly when they have a query, they will cancel your appointment quickly. My appointment was at 1:30 PM eastern time and I had just made the appointment a couple hours earlier. They emailed me with a query. I didn't see their email until 1:09 PM when a reasonable person would check back to see the update at which time I was already cancelled. I'm overseas and this is 1:09 AM for me so yea that is a big deal. They make appointments about 2 hours later so 3:30 AM is the next time. I sent them an email begging them not to cancel my appointment. Bottom line, if you want a reliable company, choose someone else. Unprofessional and no compassion.
