I liked this online notary service very much. It was efficient and effective. I didn't need to leave my home and it only took under 15 minutes. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because, during the payment process, I was offered a 10% discount (regularly $15 x .10 discount equals $13.50), but when I received my invoice, my total due was $15. What happened to the discount? Also, there was an option to leave a review and receive $10 off. I had to use the chat feature to find out where to leave the review. I asked if I could leave one on Trustpilot. They replied that I should leave it on my own website. What if I (and their other customers) don't have a website? Makes it difficult to write a review, right? So, I'm using Trustpilot to write my review, and I'll submit it to them. They'll determine if I've earned my $10 off.

: Quick, Professional, and Easy to Use
Here’s a **long, professional, hard-hitting review** you can use for OnlineNotary.net:
I had a very smooth and impressive experience with OnlineNotary.net. From start to finish, the process was efficient, straightforward, and genuinely convenient, which is exactly what you want from an online notary service. The platform made it easy to complete everything without unnecessary confusion, and the experience felt well-organized and professional at every step.[1][2]
What stood out most was how fast and accessible the service was. OnlineNotary.net says it offers 24/7 access and positions itself as a way to notarize documents online in just minutes, and that convenience really shows in the way the service is presented and described. Their own testimonials highlight quick, easy, and helpful interactions, with customers repeatedly mentioning professionalism, clear guidance, and responsive support.[2][1]
I also appreciated the sense of reliability. The company states that it has over 1,500 5-star reviews, and while that claim comes from the company itself, it does suggest a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and service quality. The overall impression is that this is a service built for people who value speed, simplicity, and a professional experience without the hassle of traditional in-person notarization.[1][2]
That said, no service is perfect, and public review sites show a more mixed picture than the company’s own testimonials. Trustpilot’s listing for onlinenotary.net shows a smaller review base and a more moderate rating, which suggests that experiences may vary depending on the document, timing, or support needs. Even so, my own experience was positive enough that I would consider using OnlineNotary.net again and would recommend it to anyone needing a fast, practical online notarization option!

This was the easiest process in gaining a notary. Usually I have to go thru the trouble of printing out the document and going to the bank and then faxing the paperwork in. Love this and they were super helpful walking me through the whole process

It was very simple, quick and efficient
It was very simple, quick, efficient and high quality!
All I had to do was upload my pdf document, verify my information, wait for a Notary for 1 min, and he verified my ID and filled in all the rest of the pdf document very quickly and with care.
The video call to the online notary was very high quality. We can both see and hear each other very clearly.

Extremely poor costumer service
Extremely poor costumer service. I'm trying to contact this people regarding a service that I paid for it but isn't longer needed because the birth certificate that I was trying to notarized could not be processed. It's very disappointing that I have to contact my bank because this people just don't care about others money.
