I have not received my labels
I have not received my labels. I guess I should have read the reviews before I did business with you. The labels were supposed to be delivered on the 1st of May, but because of some "post office mix up" , I would receive it by 9:00pm on the 2nd. Well, it's 9:17pm and I yet have not received them. After tonight, I'll have no use for them and will return them. I am so disappointed 😞.

Once again my order hasn't been shipped…
Once again my order hasn't been shipped when advised. Item in stock ordered at 12pm March 18th, with the promise "Quick Turnaround Time, Place your order before 16:00 GMT and your in-stock items will dispatch the same business day." Yet here I am still checking my order on 23rd March that's been "Ready to Despatch" for 4 days now. Shocking, lying service yet again.

Very poor customer service
Been using Online Labels for some years and they were pretty good. I placed an order on 1st December 2025. When I enquired some weeks later as to where it was I was told it was "in production". I've emailed since but got no reply. Telephoned today but it just rang until I got "no one is available at extension 200" Order Number 50169762 Support Ticket 78798 Update 14/01/26: Thank you.

They don't let you pre-order sample to…
They don't let you pre-order sample to see if it fits your needs and your product. And when you order hundreds or thousands of the labels or stickers without getting your actual sample and then they come and it doesn't fit. Then you're stuck with this crap and you have wasted your money

Horrible materials
I called this morning to get help with my label printing. The phone operator IVAIS and MATT was of zero help. I asked to speak to a supervisor but IVAIS did not let me speak to a supervisor. Instead he came across rude with a negative attitude. The arrogant MATT said he is working for 4 years so I cannot bypass him and reach out to their corporate office. It is strange to see this company hires these kind of material to provide customer service. Needless to say, it is uncomfortable to call their customer service number after such blunt disregard.

havent got my ordre yet
havent got my ordre yet. i payed the 9th and was in my country the 22th and have been sitting in coustomes since... tried to contact Onlinelabels they just say we will contact you and dont do......

The labels are quality
The labels are quality, but if you attempt to print with them using their templates, it leaves a watermark making 25% of the labels useless. Just a huge waste environmentally and to all the small businesses that use their products.

Maestro Label Designer, our free to customer software has a watermark as you describe at the top of the page when you print your labels until you activate your account with an activation code. Activation codes are issued to customers when they purchase product from our website.
