I went online looking for specific limit switches for one of our customers. My priorities were switches available to ship immediately, and the company had to be in the US. (I have been burned a few times for not looking closely and then having parts 3 months out.) Online components got the parts to me quickly and my customer was back up and running. That is what I need from a vendor

Online components always ships quickly for in stock items. If I've ever had an issue, which is very rare, they've been able to fix it quickly.

Placed an order and quickly realized I made a mistake. Thankfully I was able to get assistance quick enough to stop the item from being shipped. They corrected my issue and were still able to hit the delivery date. I know that is luck that they still had the part I needed but really appreciated how quickly the customer service agent jumped on my issue. He was friendly and seemed to really care that I was taken care of.

I needed a hard to find connector on the consumer market. I found it here and it cost less with customs fees than on my continent with other resellers. The product shipped quickly and the support was reactive regarding customs code questions. It was a good overall online shopping experience.

They accepted my order, charged our PayPal and suddenly after 2 weeks, they changed price from 1,97 USD to 5,26 USD. Don't even bother with them Update: directly after posting this review on trustpilot, they have contacted us from customer service and they solved this situation in very professional way. They keep for our order the price wich was originally listed. We hope for such a good cooperation in the future
