It took multiple back and forth emails of an End User Statement...a process that they make more complicated than needed. I ordered a case of items and was sent a tiny package. I was informed I will need to fill out an RMA. Why do I have to fill any forms out? The invoice (whch I sent them ) I received clearly acknowledges your mistake. If I didn't know any better, I would say I'm being scammed.

Avoid this company at all costs. We ordered 4 parts for a critical machine. I communicated the nature of the order with them by phone and email and was assured the parts would ship the same day. The next day I received no notice from them or parts. When I contacted them, they informed me "they were sorry" and promised the parts would ship that day. The parts did not ship. They did not ship the parts for another day. We had a critical machine sit down for days costing us thousands in production and late orders. This affected our customers and the supply chain. The harm is done by reckless and incompetent businesses like this is unacceptable.

When a company like OnLineComponents is chosen, it is because it is an extremely urgent matter, which is why one agrees to pay more than double the normal cost for the components. Therefor it is not okay for OnLineComponents to delay a shipment by 3 days. I have complained and I have received an apology and free shipping. But still, I can only give one star for the performance.

Thank you for your review. It is an accurate statement related to the delay. This order did not go as anticipated and we modified the shipping charges for the international order. In this instance, it was dellivered to Europe 1 week after the order. We do recognize the urgency for our customers. The pricing for the component was competitive with other authorized distributors. We appreciate the opportunity to learn from this order and improve upon service in the future.

INTERNET FRAUD Bait and Switch ordered terminal strip 1.95 ea for 60 pieces they accepted my order charged my card ~ $120.00 after a few days sent me an email price changed from $1.95 to $6.73 min order of 500 Total 3,365.....$120.99 order BAIT AND SWITCH TO $3365.00 Thieves Don't even bother with them UPDATE Mouser has them for $4.00 GO MOUSER

Jon, Thank you for reporting concern. I was able to track down this order. Unfortunately, we had pricing from a few pieces that were on hand and pricing was from 2016. When our product manager attempted to place the purchase order for your remaining items, that is when we were notified of the change. I double checked other distributors, and I don't see any that have stock. In most situations, our prices are updated at least yearly. We did reach out to you with the increase to ask if you wanted to proceed with the order. In such instances, we do understand that pricing and quantities can be prohibitive. All the best in your search for an alternative.

We run repair business for another businesses and know how important to keep the word. When restaurant is having leaking fridge that may cause them thousand dollars and what is crucial - customers, if it is not fixed on time. When we order a part for fixing that fridge and order 2 day delivery, the last thing we can expect that the part will shipped only 2 days after you paid for it. It is very unprofessional and carelessly. Lesson is taken: do not trust if you are not sure.

I returned product that was not properly built by the manufacturer as it was not grounded to the power plug.... left floating. Returned and I was charged 33% restocking charge. That is more profit than what a distributor would typically make on the sale. So you sent to me, received it back and took every bit of profit and have the profit. What a great way to rip off the consumer. Bad Bad Bad business and shame on you!

Stay Away!!!!!!! Purchased 2 Potter & Brumfield relays from them about a year ago. They cost me $100. I installed them last week. They are both totally defective unusable garbage!!!!!! I contacted them and they said to refer to there return policy which sates that they must have been returned within 30 days of purchase along with a 15% restocking fee! All this for defective unusable parts! They stole my money and supplied defective parts to me! BE AWARE IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL YOUR COMPONENTS IN 30 DAYS THEY WILL STEAL YOU MONEY FOR JUNK PARTS!!!!!!

Hi Tom, we are sorry for your circumstance. We are in a tricky situation since the longer a product is out of our hands the harder it is to account for what has happened to it. That is why we do have a 30-day policy to alert us if something is ever wrong. That being said, we are taking another look at your situation and our RMA team will be reaching back out about getting these parts returned.
