I have always had a good experience with them. Perhaps this inventory on line is not the most accurate but their prices are often more reasonable than elsewhere. I have an overdue backorder with them right now but that is to be expected since most mfgs shut down for a few weeks this time of year. Some of the other retailers gouge you on tools, Online components won't charge you list price on an expensive tool.

My experience with this company has been stellar. I ordered four cables and they shipped right away. The shipping cost was determined by the carrier (UPS)and not a high price estimate usually charged by online company's. The Rep was courteous and helpful.
