One of the worst customer experiences…
One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had with a SaaS company. We used their product in production for one week and decided not to continue. We never confirmed or requested any renewal — yet they still tried to charge us for another full year. That alone tells you everything you need to know about their approach to customers. A company that cares about users would at least check whether the service is still being used or confirm that we actually want to renew. None of that happened. And honestly, even if the business handling had been smooth (it wasn’t), the product just wasn’t good: - Outdated styling API - Confusing dashboard - Bloated JavaScript bundle - Forced branding you can’t remove With the EU relaxing cookie requirements, you might not even need a consent banner anymore. But if you do, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. I’m currently looking at c15t.com — no opinion yet, but it looks a lot more customizable and developer centric than the other alternatives. Overall: disappointing product and an even more disappointing customer experience. I would not recommend.
