I received information from Crunchyroll about their new data collection and selling practices. No doubt this is OneTrust's doing. which to make it easy. this compeny is all about digital slavery. after leaving a negative review about Crunchyroll's app. I received a phone call from Onetrust demand I edit or remove my review. these people need to be in jail and after the conversation I had with several regulatory bodies. they will be soon.

Shady company that is used to discouraged GDPR requests by making data subjects jump through additional hoops. Used especially by data brokers that unlawfully hold data, like Lusha. Please be aware that under the GDPR you can choose the communication method through which you can send requests.

Terrible customer service. Quick to charge, slow and reluctant to assist. If there is someone else out there who can do this, I'd rather head there. Arrogance and lack of support is frustrating.

If I could give less than one star I would. Their renewal tactics are completely shady and borderline extortion. After MONTHS of being told we MUST upgrade to a new suite of products that was 3x more expensive than what we currently had and also move from a one year to a three year contract — a week before our autorenewal they snuck in a "okay nevermind we'll renew at the current product/price" and counted that as "consent" to renewal. In over a decade of working in and with SaaS companies I've NEVER seen such shady upgrade and renewal practices. Do not do business with this company.

The cookie consent tool did not work on our website. We requested a technical support call and received significant delays and non-responsiveness. We had to remove the non-performing OneTrust tool from our website and subscribed to a different platform that worked excellently the first time. I asked for a refund from OneTrust and there was no response. After reaching out multiple times to request a refund, I received a response from our Sales contact but he did not provide a contact. It's been three months and still no response.

One Trust makes it impossible for a consumer to know which setting turns a cookie on or off.

When working with a OneTrust sales associate on behalf of my employer, I asked her not to contact me in a specific date range because I was scheduled to have an important medical procedure at that time. She ignored my request, calling and texting my personal cell phone number during that time. Due to legal and contractual reasons, my employer did not proceed with a partnership with OneTrust and the relationship ended. Since then, I have been contacted by a different OneTrust sales associate via my work email and personal cell phone. I set an automatic reply on my email while I was away on vacation, letting internal and external senders know that I was on vacation. During this time period, the sales associate called my personal cell phone twice after previously emailing me and receiving the automatic reply stating I was away on vacation. The OneTrust LLC sales team is relentless and disrespectful. They will call you, even when you explicitly tell them that you don't want to be called, and even when they are aware that they are not a good fit for your business.

This is a terrible company for communication. The login page won't accept our company password though it hasn't been changed, and won't send a new one so we can't manage or access our account. There are no other ways to get in touch without logging in and there are no other mechanisms for contacting them. Would suggest going with another provider as their customer service is not there. Have tried all avenues and this is a last resort.
