Never had issues with them Had a van for about 2-3 years never caused any problems. Maintenance on time all good no hidden charges.

The van i rented had a fault which prevented it from starting, they organised the pick and and dropped it off at a garage 3hours from where I live then expected me to pick it up at my cost. After, when i had cancelled the contract, they claimed I had kept the van a day beyond the agreement in spite of me showing them an email from 1 of their reps with the agreed return date on it. They have now initiated debt recovery against me. They are scammers and thieves. avoid at all cost.

No one knows about what the insurance agreement and I just had a minor bumper scratch they are asking me for £2500. Such a shame

Stay away from this scam mafia company , I rented the van for 3weeks , paid for the 3 weeks £900 . 300 a week. Returned the van with perfect condition like I have picked it up , now they saying I have to pay another 8 days rent and £500 for damages, I haven't done any damages or scratches. They are a crooks company , stay away don't rent from this scam company.

Avoid like the plague, this company is a mafia. First thing first, if they say your vehicle is ready for collection at 10am, don’t believe them or they’ll make you wait in their yard till 2pm without even pretending to feel sorry for you. Second beware of hidden fees scam, I was offered a recovery service without mentioning that I would be charged for it. When it’s time to collect the vehicle they will slap the hidden fee on you and if you don’t pay they won’t give you the vehicle you already paid for ( like I said, MAFIA) finally if you point out that this is no way to run a business they will make you wait longer on purpose to mess with you. A mafia run by children. Pathetic. I’d rather shave with a rusty blade than deal with these incompetent criminals ever again.

*DO NOT USE* If you value your sanity and mental health. I returned a van and they tried to charge me an extra 2 weeks rental when the van wasn't even in my possession. They then threatened debt collectors if I didn't pay the balance or set up a payment plan. After making the first payment, they have locked me out of my account even after trying to change my login details and have failed to send me any detail change emails which is supposed to happen when you click it on the website. So now I have to deal with debt collectors even though I was willing to pay, adding more stress. Trying to get in contact with them is pretty much impossible as they do not answer the phone, they will phone and text you numerous times when they want their money. If anything goes wrong with the van they will accuse you and trying to get any work done is useless as they send you miles away from your area even if there is a place closer as I have argued with them multiple times over it. Please don't use this company. It is awful and shameful.

I don’t understand how this company can still be running, they try and give you charges even after you’ve returned the van. Think they can bully you in to paying them not surprised at all these bad reviews. They also don’t answer the phone and say everything has to be done over email where they take days to reply. Stay away

If you hire the van from them they always trying too fine a reason to make more money on you, any small scratch they will ask you to pay at least 10x as a normal , so just try to fix it on your own at your preferred garage, and when you pay the weekly rent do not let them book for the service while the van is under your payment because they will make it sure the van too stay in the garage one day before your next weekly payment so you have to make the payments for upcoming week or they will ask you to return the van , also it’s the same if you pay today and tomorrow something happens with the van engine issue or any mechanical issues that it’s not your fault they will take the van too the garage and when you collect the van you need to pay the van straight away, they don’t let you use that lost day or no credit on your account that’s really not legal way.
