We have used One Step for a couple of years. The service is 100% reliable. It allows us to see where our vans are at all times, and allows us to have windshield views along with inside vehicle views. We have had a couple complaints on drivers exceeding the speed limit, etc., and we are able to bring up video and see if the complaint was on target so it can be addressed with our driver.

The site works great, easy to track the trucks, and can do different reports if wanted. We really like the fact of no contract, and the set price per month is fair. Just send the device back when your done with it. No pressure on sales part, very easy to add another device. Have been with them now for 2 years plus.

We’ve been using OneStep GPS for our company vehicles since 2019, and it’s been a great experience. As a small business, reliability and cost matter a lot to us, and their GPS tracking products have consistently delivered on both. The system is very user-friendly—the website and app are easy to navigate, making it simple to monitor and manage our fleet. It’s become an essential tool in helping us stay organized and efficient. Overall, OneStep GPS has proven to be a dependable and economical solution for our needs. We’ve recommended them to other small businesses and will continue to do so.

We use OneStep in two ways: 1. the GPS function to show where our trucks are at all times, and 2. the cameras so we have a cabin view and windshield view at all times. The service has been 100% dependable. We had an incident with two of our technicians, and after we were able to download the video of their conversation in the cabin and had proof of their malicious intent. That access turned an otherwise very difficult decision into a very obvious choice.

I was told I had to have trackers on my cars, that were listed on a Car rental program. I chose One Step GPS because of cost. The units just plug into the portal under the dash, bt can also be installed by wiring in direct. I chose the plug in way. I at one tiome did have a problem getting one of 10 plugged in. One step sent me a new one at n chrge. the service worked properly for two years.
