I have had this device for almost 2 years now. I like the fact that I can follow my service vans at a decent price. I'm not experienced with GPS tracking, but I kinda get the feeling like it's a program from the 90's. I was finally able to change my icons, because you only get a few to choose. Sometimes when I follow the history, it puts my van at the wrong place. I rely on this information as that's how I can bill the customer for their time. It happens a couple of times a month. What I don't like is that the program takes over my screen. It covers up the tabs on the bottom and I need those to exit the program. All-in-all, I do like it enough to keep using it.

I like the functions and features of the what the app can do, but the app experience is very frustrating. I constantly have to reload the app because the app maps and side bar options always freezes or is not fitting the screen properly for the mobile side.
