Hello Troy, We are sorry to hear about your experience with us here at OneSimCard. Many customers use our option instead as we provide coverage in multiple countries without the need to purchase a local SIM card for each country they travel to. In certain countries, you are not even able to purchase a local SIM unless there is proof of residency. For SIM selection, we do have an online tool that allows customers to select the appropriate SIM card based on the country of travel. This can be found here: https://www.onesimcard.com/best-roaming-sim-card-selection/ In regards to plans, the discount data plan options are available and certain plans will cover a wide range of countries but not all. It is important that whatever plan is selected will cover the itinerary. We hope to have your continued business as you indicate that you have some remaining questions as well as a remaining balance.
