I paid to upgrade to the Growth plan, but the payment was applied to an old invoice without clear warning, and my plan was not activated. The billing process was confusing and support handled the situation poorly. I will not use OneSignal again. Shame on these practices.

Would be a nice service if some sort of customer support would exist. They deactivated my mail sending functionality all of the sudden and nobody took care about my support issues. OneSignal is only for the brave!

Got charged despite cancellation. Avoid at all cost! Their SDK does not function properly. They haven't added anything. The company seems all but defunct. Yet, they decided to double the subscription cost. And, charged despite cancellation.

They continue to bill you after cancellation

Do not integrate their services! We have been integrated with them for years using their "Unlimited Free" push notifications. Sales people shut our service down because we didn't want to be forced into calls about paying for services we can't afford. If you are thinking about integrating, then DONT. This is false advertising and unethical business practices. I never expected something like this from such a large partner.

Greedy company. Payed $200, after moving to MAU based pricing (accidentally cancelled subscription and renewed) costs became $2000. Ridiculous pricing. Also our users complained about not not delivered notifications all the way
