We have had nothing but excellent relations with this company . Both Brandon Foster in Sales and Melanie Paulsen in Underwriting have been articulate, pleasant, informative, and efficient in understanding our specific needs and tailoring their product to them. They have provided clear answers to our questions and intelligent questions about our finances. They have moved the process rapidly--prodding us gently when necessary, while managing what feels like friendship , while we are in Marion, Massachusetts and they are both in San Diego, California.

Rodrick Rhodes was exceptional and made my experience pleasant and less difficult! I was always able to reach him or his associates, which was important for me.

Bruce and Melanie have been real good and not pushing me to close which I appreciated- We are now moving forward to close the loan and I feel both have been excellent to work with. and explained everything along the way-

It was an uncomplicated and easy process. It took less time than expected. James Michalski and the closing team were very responsive and helpful. There was a last minute concern and Kristen Flemming was very patient explaining until I got it. This was much appreciated.

Very knowledgeable, friendly people! I always felt my questions were important to them, and they've always been very reliable getting back to me either with email or phone messages. One Reverse Mortgage is part of Quicken Loans, who handled our previous mortgage, and I have no complaints about them either; because of that previous experience, we chose to go with One Reverse Mortgage, and so far they've been just great. :}

Ms Madau was competent, patient, and thorough; both in presentation and in follow up questioning. Responses were always swift and complete. Working with Quicken (and associates?) seemed to be a very trust worthy experience.
