Too much paper work. Forms coming in the mail that are computer generated and not necessary and require a telephone call to be told that they are not necessary. The total service I received and the people I talked to were very efficient and helpful. They explained everything to my satisfaction. My biggest complaint would be that it takes too long to close the loan. Thank you for this opportunity.
