One Reverse Mortgage team of Mr. Timothy Tofan was the experts that made our process of completing and obtaining a reverse mortgage most pleasing without the headaches. They kept us informed and knowledgeable of the mortgage process of what we needed to have or do to maintain on track to complete the process. Mr. Tofan checked on us almost daily just to see how we were doing even if it didn't have anything to do with our mortgage. He didn't have to do that, due to his busy schedule, but that just show his dedication and commitment to his clients. Everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable. The process progressed as quickly as I could have hoped. They were also upfront about everything.

I have had excellent service from Ted Eastman in processing my paperwork for a reverse mortgage. He has kept me apprised of the process as it has progressed, so I could submit additional needed items in a timely manner. I appreciate not having to wonder if my submissions arrived.

I was shopping around for a reverse mtg. and contacted One Reverse because of a great experience with one of their Mtg. people back in 2016. The individual I reached was a pressure/pushy sales person with very poor listening skills and completely turned me off. During the process of pursuing the loan with another institution Mike O'Leary contacted me and convinced me to give them another try. The communication was excellent, process clear, understanding my needs/desires completely--simply a pleasure to work with. Leni Burris handled dotting all the I's and did a fabulous job.
