Mike O'Leary was excellent in customer service and professionalism. Mike made me feel like I was his only client and that I was a very important client to him. His instructions were clear and concise from start to finish. It was a real pleasure working with him and One Reverse Mortgage, LLC.

One Reverse Mortgage did an excellent job. The were timely in their work and kept me apprised of the status of where we weree in the transaction and what to expect in the next step of the process I did not have to contact them for that status.

The people at ORM are easy to call to talk with. I worked with 4 different people, plus a person who came to my house early on to check it out it. During their review, I talked to them several times to make sure I was helping them as much as I could. I faxed several items to ORM to get the items to them as quickly as possible. I think it's easy to say that I really enjoyed working with them. John F.
