Completely satisfied with my experience in obtaining my reverse mortgage. My initial representative Dan R. was excellent and explained everything properly in a way I could understand. He was also efficient in all the followups and it was evident he had a very good knowledge of his product. My 2nd representative Dan M. was equally informative and his followup was also timely and prompt. All in all a great experience! Thank you.

Have had good luck but sometimes they call and i am not available and all there is a phone number appearing on my phone and no name or call back numbers so i do t know who from the company has called because i have worth with several people. I had hear many interpretations of the Reverse Mortgage. Most were confusing but over-all negative about it. The application of this loan works for us because of our age and our retirement status. Adam Dice was very helpful in putting this solution in perspective to our current goals. We have children that have been very successful in their lives and don’t need an inheritance from us. This opens up a more comfortable retirement for us.

Stephen Martin was terrific! He answered all my questions and always called me back right away. I wanted to get this done asap and HE and the other members of the team ALL worked hard to do that for me from Lauren to Leni and many others too, including ROM... This loan WAS done in record time so I could get a Sr. discount with my carpet installers and painter. After 40 long years, I will finally get MY home fixed up so I CAN enjoy it, entertain some and well see my home the way I always wanted it to look. AND if My books DO get published (as my two children's books are on Amazon) I can be proud of my home too.

The entire process from start to finish was easier than I expected. This was due to the great support from Rich Martin and Eric Bitanga. Getting a reverse mortgage for my mom was not an easy decision and they answered all my questions and helped me feel more confident in my decision.

Considering all the problems that showed up during this loan process, Ms. Williams was calm; knew how to handle all of the problems that showed up; very positive; and certainly made me feel very comfortable in her professionalism. Certainly, if I was looking to clone the qualities necessary to be successful in your business, I would definitely use her as the role model for what a loan officer should be. Terrific experience!
