One Reverse Mortgage, LLCReviews of onereversemortgage.com

We were recommended by friends to contact James Michalski. From the moment we started speaking, he was extremely professional and made us feel very confident about this decision. He explained exactly what this was and answered all of our questions and started the process. We received our initial package and he went through it page by page with us and made it easy and painless to get through the paperwork. We were passed onto to Claudia Acuna for the final review and preparation. Again, she was professional and very helpful. We highly recommend One Reverse to anyone wanting proceed in this direction.

Working with Penny Moss made this process very easy. She kept me informed of what was going on at every stage.

Tony Gonzalez and team helped me to navigate every obstacle we faced during this process with grace and kindness!

Great experience--we had a loan through Quicken Loans, One Reverse's parent company, and their handling of the process was the same as Quicken's: professional, proficient and extremely enjoyable. They kept us informed every step of the way. They provided complete documentation at every turn. Extremely good service from their banker and his process coordinator. Would I recommend them? Absolutely!!

A great company to deal with.

Excellent service, makes the process easy for the customer in a timely manner.

Ryan Watson worked with me to come up with the best reverse mortgage proposal. I had shopped my needs with 4 other reverse mortgage companies and Ryan gave me the best offer. Abby was my loan processor and she made the details painless. Thank you both for a pleasant experience!

Very helpful through the whole process, patient and understanding, anytime we had a question even if it seemed minor they handled it very professionaly
