I began my journey to secure a reverse mortgage with AAG which was a highly rated company. Early on I was referred to your firm by Quicken Loans. I spoke with one of your reps but decided to go with AAG. One day, out of the blue, I received a phone call from a gentleman by the name of Chris Zajec. He was calling me to remind me that ORM definitely had a superior plan compared to AAG and couldn't understand why I wouldn't proceed with his company.He sounded like he knew what he was talking about so I listened. Because Chris was able to satisfy a few of my requests I changed my mind and the rest is history. Both he and Abby were a delight to work with and would be proud to refer anyone to ORM, and more importantly to Chris, who was searching for a Reverse Mortgage. So tomorrow my wife and I will be signing your Docs that and that will finalize our journey and for that I thank you, Respectfully, Arnie Cotton
