The people I worked directly with at One Reverse (Chris Zajec and Abby Giordano in particular) were wonderful!! They were always available for questions (I had many) and I never would have had the patience to complete the process if it had not been for them. Your underwriting department made me crazy, but both Chris and Abby pulled me back from the ledge several times. I recommend them highly and they should be commended for their work!!

Very professional, no 'BS' , no dancing around a sales pitch. Transparent and down to business , not wasting your time in making a decision. Had two other rev mortgage co's standing by . After conversation with my 'One rev' rep (Ryan) I promptly dismissed both. Should have a 10 star rating. Thank you. Old folks haven't the time to waste, just gotta git on with it...

I had no idea how this worked when i became interested in a reverse mortgage. I checked with 2 services in the beginning and didnt really understand them even after their information. I called One Reverse Mortgage and talked to a very knowledgeable lady named Delilah. She explained everything about the reverse mortgage from beginning to end. I knew then, that we had finally found the right fit. I talked to Delilah several times a day until I became comfortable with the scenario. She sent me so much information that it was very easy to follow when we talked. My husband and I, both recommend One Reverse Mortgage if you want a well qualified company to work with.
