My review of OneMortgage is "Overall, VERY GOOD". 1. One point of concern is wire transfer details. I ended up talking to more than one of your folks about this. I am not sure who. When I was about to leave for Mexico and was trying to verify receipt of the wire transfer, I was unable to do so because it hadn't been sent yet. Turns out that when you folks gave me the wire #, it meant that it had been submitted to someone (within your organization? or one of your banker's folk or whoever), it hadn't been sent yet. the number that i really needed was the federal # (I forget the exact name) of the transaction to verify that it had been actually sent. As I am inexperienced in wire transfers I did not know this, and apparently neither did whoever I talked to (in your organization). Although I was panicky on that day, everything is now OK. BUT, I feel that someone did not have a clear understanding of the process (Me, for sure). I believe you could improve the communications IF if had been more clearly understood by both of us. I provide this feedback in the interest of helping you improve the process, not to accuse anybody of whatever. Thank you.
