Process was ok. Closing was confusing

I would have rated 5 stars but this process is beginning to be confusing. Talking to too many different people, one saying one thing and then someone else calling next day saying something different.Its getting frustrating.

Process from the beginning to closing went quickly and smoothly.

One Reverse Mortgage has been very professional and easy to work with. We especially enjoyed our interactions with Makiya Morris.

Overall a good experience. All communications were courteous and professional. At times the process appeared to move slowly and I was asked to provide documentation and information that I had previously provided.

Started out strong. Diamond was great! Went downhill after that. Unclear and repeated requests for the same documentation, no estimate of closing date which cost us $1200 in unnecessary storage fees, tremendous stress and aggravation. No explanations of things as we went along. At The very end funds from you all not wired until after 12:00 noon for a 9:00 closing, and even then didn’t get there until 3:00!
