Wonderful, professional people. A delight to work with !

Jonathan Ruiz and Kahala Black were patient with me because I asked many questions and got testy at times. I appreciate their willingness to keep my wife and I informed. They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful which older folks truly appreciate. we wish to thank them for all the help they gave us. Conrad and Nancy Cardinal

I had the best experience ever in my life and I am 83 years old and have a PhD in Marketing. Over these many years my experience has in training many sales personnel I have seen and heard of stories that the general public met with other sales representatives. Billy Feigen has earned the 5 stars you mentioned above. He has led me thru the most difficult situation which combines my feelings along with money I worked for all my life. This combination had me in fear of doing something wrong. Billy eased my mind as well as feelings that this is the right thing to do at my age and enjoy the rest of my life in a relaxed mode. I also met Eric Bitanga who supported Billy in major ways to inform me of things that were coming up for me to be prepared without any shock. Again, the comfort zone became a reality before it was presented to me. My congratulations in your choice of two fantastic representatives for your organization.

Kept me informed throughout the process. Very professional. Would use them again.

We have never worked with anybody more pleasant or helpful then Preston Williams, Billy Feigen and Abby Giordano. We feel like we have made friends for life even though we have never met!

Everyone I have worked with has always been very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and timely. They make it a very pleasant and enjoyable process. Nick was very patient and was able to answer all my questions thoroughly.

Excellent job with a complicated process in a timely manner.

Clear explanations, consistent follow-up, easy to work with. I appreciate all of these attributes from you and your team. This is not a situation I wanted to find myself in, but you made the process palletable!
