We are very pleased with our choice of One Reverse Mortgage. We feel that getting everything together to the escrow closing was confusing, hard to follow the process in order to get everything done and signed. Ann started our paperwork, followed by Austin working with us and our son and Roger all were right there to answer questions and keep us up on each set of papers that came in mail. Even the Notary, was wonderful. She was very patient as we were loosing ours. All in all, our experience was all we could ask for. Your staff are all very good people persons.
