Delivery company said they work call 1 hr prior to truck delivery they called the customer after the delivery was made...They were to call my cell phone and never did...I waited on site as requested (the delivery would be made between the hour of 11am and 3pm) I was on site...they my customer called me and said their receiving forklift driver had already unloaded my shipment...."after the fact"....we are very dissatisfied with the final leg of our order, I did call into One Point Partition and talked with Andy Hughes and he was very helpful,,,,John A. Vylonis....

Hi John, Thanks for the review and the feedback. Our apologies for the delivery issue. The driver had written instructions to call at least 1 hour before delivery and we are disappointed that the instructions were not followed. We are reviewing this issue with that delivery terminal and the driver. Thanks again for the feedback!
