scam mail to my home. who gave you my address and permission? get lost

One Path sent me a letter to apply for a 6.95% debt consolidation loan with no mentions of debt modification. When I filled out the form on their site, they called me and started offering information that sounded like a loan, but I got suspicious when they said a zero percent interest rate. They had no intentions of ever giving me a loan and their advertising is deceptive. I can't trust a company whose first interaction is deceitful.

I used to be one of 1Path's biggest fans. No longer. Beginning in early 2023 their customer service began declining. 7 months later and it is almost non-existent. Even their account execs provide zero assistance. They seem to have greatly reduced their staff size and they are unable to successfully support their clients. We are in continuous crisis mode because of their failure to provide the support they are in business to provide.

A onepath employee placed an online order with our company for a large heavy item to be sent on December 20th more than 3300 miles via air shipping to arrive for a Christmas present. But they wanted to get the $400 in air shipping for free. We told them no but they ordered anyway. They then lied to their bank to get the shipping money back. What kind of company are they running?
