Dangerous and not suitable for the UK market
Let down with this company who are selling dangerous, not fit for purpose Electricals into the UK market. We bought a neon sign from ONE Neon Sign. When the sign arrived it appeared to come via India and took around 4 weeks to arrive. We plugged the light into a standard UK socket and the device immediately sparked, smoked and didn’t work. We had to get an electrical engineer over to Check the device who told us that it was not built for the UK electricity grid and was very close to causing a fire (see photos) We reached out to the company on several occasions to get them to sort the issue, and send them videos as they requested, but they never fixed our issue. We put a negative review on another review site but they were able to get the review taken down, having read reviews on there it looks like other people in the UK have had the same Issue as us. It was £150 not well spent for us and we won’t get that money back! Do not buy from this company!
