To test the waters, I purchased a couple of miners just to see how things would play out. Well, things worked out beyond my highest expectations! I currently have 16 miners online at their South Carolina facility, and considering adding more soon. Being able to start with just a quarter of the total cost allowed me to jump in with minimal upfront risk and scale up fast. Nine months in, I couldn't be happier. Since writing my original review, I've had even more conversations with Oneminers' support—specifically Josh—and his phenomenal assistance has made me even more of a Oneminers superfan than I was before! All of this top-tier support and reliability at an incredible $0.08 per kWh rate? What’s not to love? 😀 If you’re on the fence like I was, don’t hesitate. Thank you for the support and for taking the time to review my account in detail. I appreciate the transparency in explaining the PayLater balances and the clear breakdown of the numbers. The proposed solution to unblock the account was straightforward and helped me move forward quickly. Communication improved and the guidance made the next steps easy to follow. Suggestion: it would be great to have a more proactive notification system (e.g., earlier alerts on pending PayLater balances and a clearer “unblock checklist” in the dashboard), so customers can prevent interruptions before accounts are restricted.

Wanted to invest on something that actually provided profit without me needing to do anything. Was initially interested in mining at home but since I have to look at a lot of different stats and since electricity rates at my place was high, it wasn't really ideal for hosting. Then I found out they offer hosting so I tried ordering a few asic and so far, it's been pretty great. Nothing to think about it, just letting it do it's thing as I focus on doing other stuff.

Recently bought an S19K Pro with hosting on USA - No Service Fees, little did I know that the electricity charge was way more than the profit of the machine. I had reached out to the Live Chat Support on this matter and it was great that they respond so quickly. Had them checked my issue and said that the machine is running at a high electricity rate which is why I'm having negative profits on the machine. The support was really helpful and gave me options for the machine which is either relocate it or ship it to my address. They even gave me recommendations for my next purchase and I'll keep that in mind if ever I may buy another machine. Overall I had a great experience with them.

Machines are up and running. Customer service is good, especially via WhatsApp and Michaela. Email responses are a bit slow, but that feels old-school anyway.

Normally setting up an ASIC is such a hassle and takes way too much time. Thankfully they offer hosting and even a working dashboard for me to see my ASIC at work. So now I don't have to look over at it to check whether there's a problem or not and only have to pay for the energy fees which is also essentially automatic as well, very convenient indeed.
