Travis had excellent customer service and was very helpful

I called OneLoanPlace because it was recommended to me. Khalil is the representative that answered when the call was transferred. I explain my situation to him and from that point on he has been available to answer any questions that I have had. He was very professional and prompt about sending me the information that I needed to get the process started to get the help that I need. If one place didn't work out he goes to the next one. He follows up on how things are going. He deserves to be commended for a job well done.

Kahlil did a great job explaining and telling the information I need e to know

I wanted to share my experience with your professional and knowledgeable staff! In particular Tracy with whom I spoke with, when your establishment was just opening earlier this morning (literally when it was just opening). And to my surprise while calling back late in the evening I speak with the very same courteous, and personable individual I spoke with VERY, VERY, earlier in the day. She was just as helpful, diligent, & willing to assist as she was this morning, she is truly a valued asset for your company. I would also be remiss without thanking Mr Blair, and Mr Stanton for their diligent supervision as well!

I felt with Cristen Hamilton and she was great! She took the time to answer any questions I had and even called me back immediately when I had more! She never got annoyed even when my cat kept changing screens on me :)
