I applied for a loan with One Loan Place today. I enter my personal information on the website thinking I would be consider for a small loan. I did not know that they out source your credentials to other lenders. After completing the application process I received a message to call a number. Then I spoke with Zanina representative assuming that she was going to discuss my loan application and immediately she wanted to transfer me to other Lexington Law. I stated just enter my personal information on your website (driver license and banking information) for a loan. Why are you transferring me? This is misleading to think that the loan is been process by One Loan Place. Then you have to wait for someone from the other loan company to call you with your results!

I returned their call and wasn’t looking to use them and then was provided with terrible customer service. When I started to question I was asked if there was a problem Rude and arrogant. Since I wrote this review I have had the manager reach out to me to apologize and try to help. I do not need to use this company but I am bumping the review based on his efforts. I can’t imagine the company being successful if they were all like the original person I spoke with.

My first conversation was with a man named peter , He asked me a few questions and said that I qualified for a loan. Then he told me to hold on for a couple seconds and transferred Me too me to Lexington Law. After that conversation I never received any more information or emails or phone call from Peter, I tried contacting back and no one is getting back to me. There is no follow through but the customer service is good. All I wanted to know is what’s the next step or what’s going on not nothing at all and pawn a law firm on me to purchase credit repair.

I Needed help for a loan for debt consolidation and I spoke to one of their agents who asked for my full social security number and wanted a debit card number for $14.99 to help fix my credit report. I said I wanted to at least talk to my spouse about it before financially committing to it, and the person was very persistent in an almost psychological way. I asked how much I can approved for and how much is my monthly payments going to be and the person didn't seem to know the answer to the question. Very scary and risky transaction...

I'm going from my original rating of 1 to 2. The customer service manager did at least call and asked for the details. I still believe they're a waste of time and want you to use their credit repair service. I declined subsequent offers of loans through them.

They recommend you to lenders that are supposed to help you but the ones they recommend I didn't even qualified. I was applying for a personal loan and they recommend car loans.

I had a very poor experience with One Loan Place. I thought that I would be provided help in obtaining a loan. The same experience as applying with a bank or even worse. It was a complete waste of my time to apply for a loan with this company.

Because I had no credit history I could not receive a loan. My house is worth at least 100,000.00 and all I needed at the time was a payoff of 20k. Since then I had to file bankruptcy and pay attorney fees in the amount of 6k. Good news is CitiMortgage was wrong on the payoff amount, I only owed 10k, just as I thought...
