The hardest 3 weeks of my life.
The hardest 3 weeks of my life. I enjoyed every back breaking, sweat dropping work out. The food was amazing, learned a lot and still eat "clean". I was finally at peace with myself and learned a lot about myself. The trainers and crew were all amazing people; pushed us hard, with love and respect! Never a disrespectful comment, always positive encouragement. I'm still in contact with a few of the ladies I shared my three weeks with. Believe me I would go back in heart beat; unfortunately I'm s caregiver to my 81 year old mother with Dementia, and I still use the relaxation tricks I learned at camp. Oh, by the way..... I started at a size 14, left there a size ten, I'm been size 8 now for the last couple years. Thank you all!
