Great camp. The camp is focused and determined to help you start on the right track. Not much follow up though after the camp was over.

Loved the staff and all the work outs! Best three weeks ever! Food not so much! I feel this will improve the next time I return.

Camp was wonderful! The trainers were patient and encouraging. I was pushed way beyond what I thought I could do!! There were several different kinds of workouts, so I was able to find something I really enjoy. I was there for 4 weeks, and I think it might have been nice to have more options for meals because every week was the same menu. Everyone that works there is fantastic!! Love them all!!!

A little tough for older folks would be nice if it was modified for age
