OneClassReviews of oneclass.com

Oneclass has been great to use in terms of uploading notes at first. When I first joined, the support team was responsive and the gift card redemptions always came on time until recently. Honest critiques of the site are of the following: its support team can go days without answering your question. Also they will never reach out to u if there is an issue with your notes or if your gift cards are being delayed of processing. You'll always find yourself trying to communicate with them. Personally oneclass is a great site to earn cash for notes, however it could be much better. I'm not sure if it's a lack of support team members or selective responding, but for anyone who isn't patient, this site isn't for you.

Provides opportunity to make use of notes

I rated 5 stars due to the lack of timeliness in customer service. I have had some problems with uploading documents/receiving gift cards and other things that I immediately report and don't hear back from until many days, sometimes weeks, after I submit the said report. I do appreciate actually receiving my rewards, but I wish the team were more responsive with their customer support.

They do not pay enough for daily notes.

It took awhile to get validated in order to redeem gift cards even though i had already uploaded 15 documents. I emailed the support team and it took three days to get a response. Overall, an okay website for uploading notes to make a little side cash

Terribly slow at rewards but legit

I'm happy OneClass pays anything for notes. That's where the 3 stars come from. Minus two stars because: - OneClass effectively pays far less than minimum wage, while charging premium users $10 to $40 a month, and $40 for access to a single document (which implies to me that notetakers could be paid better) - I have at least 4 $10 gift cards that are still "under review" from months / years ago, which means that OneClass is either bad at record-keeping... or bad at ensuring money is paid out, neither of which is great for me - Every time I have contacted customer service, the person has 1) asked me questions that I have already answered to that same person, and 2) spent far too long trying to figure out the issue

It is a great resource for earning money by sharing your notes. I wish you didnt have to share a large of an amount of documents to redeem one 10 gift card though.
