I am going to file a complaint against them if they don't refund my money! Very deceptive!!! I will make sure I will, please refund my $39.98 monthly subscription, the keyword I searched in the document before I upgraded showed a specific document, and once I purchased the keyword was missing!!! REFUND ME MY HARD EARNED MONEY!! I WILL FILE A LEGAL CASE AGAINST YOU GUYS FOR CLEAR DECEPTION IF YOU DO NOT REFUND MY MONEY!!!

they have been charging me for months and they dont let me cancel

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES -they are the biggest scammers on the web - they will charge you for multiple months despite ending their service - worse experience with an online service

A completely honest review of OneClass. Its note taker guidelines are encouraging to students to take their best foot forward in trying to upload their notes for some extra cash on the side. Its incentivizes students to participate because the logic is that by taking notes in order to get money, you will attend class more and by more in tune with the course and this could lead to better grades. This logic isn't flawed, but what is flawed is the idea that they promote that you can make hundreds of dollars from becoming a note taker. What is even worse and I have tested this with many other fellow friends and students. I wanted to see if they were selective towards responding to certain students and they are! If you are a note taker and message them asking for the status update of your gift card redemptions, the response time is non-existent. They currently owe me hundreds of dollars for uploaded notes that has been requested over a month. They have completely stopped replying to me even though I have sent them multiple emails to both their account team and customer support team. Worst part is even with the other students and friends that sent them messages to the support team that claims "usually replies in 2 hours", completely false btw, responded to them days later, with some not even receiving a response. If this ever gets the opportunity to be seen (they'll try and flag every negative review even if it is legitimate), I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Oneclass wrongfully reported my previous review. The truth must get out. I have opened a total of 3 tickets curtsey of their customer service section on their website. In addition, I have also sent a total of 7 emails. All of which have not gotten a response. Issue: They blocked my account, hindering my ability to use their services or even deactivate my account. Yet they continue to charge me a $40 monthly premium. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

I can't access the site any more on any of my devices and it is infuriating. I subscribed and didn't even get to enjoy it for a month and they are still taking money from me. I want my money back
