These good reviews are fake I was scared to purchase with them and I wish I listen to the bad reviews. this was a terrible experience and far from timely . They don’t update you about your order until you email them and they will keep saying your order is processing for weeks. I had to make a dispute with PayPal. They don’t have the wigs b/c they got wait for the shipment but promise you flat 7 day shipping ? That what I was told by them and it’s very very unprofessional .I won’t ever buy from here again

If I can give it negative zero stars I will. My mistake was not reading reviews on here before I placed order. Placed order on 23 March. I emailed them on 28 March to find out when my order will be shipped. I got an email response to say it will be shipped on 29 March. Nothing happened so I emailed on 2 April for tracking details and got a response to say that there was a problem with UPS which is a lie. I emailed on 3 April for a refund as they just lying. I got a response on 4 April to say there is a delay in shipment and I can wait or refund. I asked for a refund in my email on 3 April and 5 April and now they not responding to my emails. AVOID AT ALL COST, they just scamming people. I WANT MY REFUND. Stop trading if you can’t fulfil orders.

I ordered items that I kept checking the status on shipping on and kept being told my order would be shipped at the end of the week. After the 5th week of getting the run around I requested to cancel my order and get a refund... they continued to ignore me. I had to submit a claim through PayPal to recover the money I paid.

I placed an order on January 4. Money was taken right away. I emailed on January 12 for a follow up. Never received an update or tracking number. Response January 13-:I would like to inform you that your ordered product is confirmed and will be shipped by today or max by Monday. After this experience, I will return to my original supply store!

I placed an order November 21 2023 and Monday November 27 they called me say it's on back order. Big liars and it's Tuesday November 28 and still no update. They gave me a fake as tracking number, which I called USPS and they told me it didn't exist. Y'all can play with their asses but I am to every social media informing people that they are crooks. If I don't get my money back I am going to the local news station on them and have the better business bureau know what they are doing to people!!!

Extremely frustrating that they list items in stock when they clearly don't have them. It took over a month for me to receive an order that I placed and I had to keep chasing them down for order updates. They kept telling me that the order would ship out on a certain date and those dates came and went several times. Will look for a different site to order hair items from in the future.

Orders take between 2-3 weeks to be dispatched. I’ve had to chase every single order- don’t list items in stock on the website (and sell them) if you don’t have them. Extraordinary frustrating to work with.

I order a product based on their ad. They did not even have the product in stock and while it appeared they had shipped it they had not. When they contacted me they told me it was on back order and wanted to ship me some other item. Nonetheless, I requested a refund they said would take 3-5 business days. After 7 business days still no refund. The item cost nearly $100. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau - Consumer Affairs shortly.
