I placed an order with One World Beauty on December 13th for three wigs in different colors, totaling $111.00 This was my first experience with the company and my absolute last.. and it has been an complete nightmare..... After placing the order, I waited three business days without receiving any tracking information—only the order confirmation. I contacted their customer service within five days and was assured by a representative that I would receive my order and tracking details within three days. Neither arrived. On December 18th, I followed up via email, asking for updates. I received a vague response saying I would have my package within five days. Again, nothing arrived. By December 24th, despite multiple attempts to follow up, I still had no tracking number or package. At this point, I was told that I would receive my order by January 6th because they are a third-party processor and had to wait for products from their supplier. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I’ve ordered from other companies on the same day and received my packages within five business days. This company, however, seems unorganized and unreliable. Save yourself the frustration and avoid ordering from this company. If I don’t receive my package by January 6th as promised, I will be filing a claim with my bank and taking further action. A truly disappointing experience!"

Tried to contact them for a return. Get ignored since. Cannot recommend quality and price do not match on top service is bad.

I placed an order for a glueless wig that recently dropped from Sensationnel. The site had the best price. Usually, I order from a local retailer, but because OnebeautyWorld advertised the best price and fast shipping, I ordered. I received an email confirmation with the promise of sending the tracking information when my wig was shipped out. After four more days - nothing. I called customer service and was assured it would arrived in 2 day. After hanging up, I realized I had not been given the tracking number. Two days later, I called again and was promised another 5 days. This is definitely not what was advertised. I still don't have my wig. Now I see a cheaper price on another website.

One Beauty World is not a trustworthy company! My relative recently purchased eight packs of crochet hair from them and paid more than $40 for express shipping. The company did not ship the order at all. In fact, when One Beauty World was contacted by email, they claimed they would ship the order "some time within a week" but never shipped the order. After my relative asked for a refund of $155, they received an email response stating "we will give you a refund in 3 to 5 days" and more time passed with no assistance. A complaint was filed against them with the Better Business Bureau. They eventually refunded the sale. It appears this company sells products on their website but do not have them in stock! It's a shame to see people being taken advantage of by pure greed!

I placed an order for crochet braiding hair on 7/8/24. The only option was to choose flat-rate shipping, which with USPS, should arrive in 1-3 business days. I requested the hair be delivered to a different state that I was visiting so I could get my hair done there. More than 10 days later, I have heard nothing from the business. I never received a shipping confirmation. My hair appointment is in 2 days, and I have no hair. I’ll be leaving the state in a few days to go back going. I called multiple times, and there’s no answer. I emailed as well. I really wished I checked BBB to see their history to know never to purchase there. This business needs to be shut down!

It took them two weeks to send me a confirmation email about my order. I called and emailed 3 times to request a refund and was told the order was waiting to be shipped twice. The last time I called and emailed they said it had already shipped out. I asked for a tracking number which took more emails to get that information. I WILL NOT be ordering from this website again.

DONOT order from this company! They are not a legit company! I placed an order June 7th. I had to reach out to them to send me a confirmation order. After waiting a few days I reached out to them again asking when my order would be shipped. They sent me an email stating my order would be shipped in the middle of the week. My order was never shipped! I reached out to them again requesting a refund and for them to cancel my order. They never issued a refund. It’s now June 17th still no contact from the company! I had to contact my bank to dispute the charge and file a claim! DONOT order from this company! They are scammers!

I ordered 5 packs of passion twist hair May 12th and still have not received my tracking number. I emailed them and asked about my order shipping out and they claim the order has been processed and ready to be shipped today, still no update. I disputed the charges and got a credit from my credit card company. BEWARE: THIS SITE IS A SCAM. I’m not even sure anyone has received anything from this fake site.
