I'm only giving it three stars because when I ordered my product it said in stock but then I received an email from the company stating how they're a small company and to bear with them as they're trying their best and that they were having shipping issues this and that and that my order will be delayed. When I inquired about this I was then told that the product was out of stock. And they were waiting on a shipment but they were not able to tell me when they might get that shipment. It has been 15 days since I placed the order and I just received my products. They are the proper products and I am extremely grateful the company was able to provide them to me. But if I had known there was going to be such a delay I would have ordered them elsewhere because I needed them right away.

- Ordering process was straightforward. No issues - Shipping seems to be a little bit of a hassle. I paid for two-day shipping on June 2nd and received it on June 6th. Thankfully I read reviews after I purchased, so I made sure to contact them when I did not receive my shipping information the next day. -Custom service is not that great. I had to call multiple times and leave a message before I could speak with someone. The representative was friendly, although she seemed a little confused when I asked her for shipping information. She stated it was processed but could not give me details when I asked. - The product is not what I expected. a 3x package is 36 twists and seems to be about the same amount as a single pack you'd get at your local hair store. You need to buy four 3x packages to complete your hairstyle for this style.

I received my order but the product was slightly damaged during shipping due to poor packaging...but it was the right product and the ordering process was user friendly.

Ordered Wild Roots Growth Oil but received Wild Growth hair oil. Because I use both products I will keep the incorrect product but concerned that I might get the wrong product on future orders!!

Quick response and easy checkout. Most impressive, I ordered products from 2 other online hair stores within the same 30 minutes and OneBeautyWorld.com was the first to ship and they had the color combination that was out of stock everywhere….Kudos

Shipping was slow. The website said 3 day priority. I placed my order on Monday and received my product over a week later. I didn’t receive a tracking number to track my package. My product received was exactly what I wanted and I’m very happy about that. Can’t wait to install it.
