The wig did not come with a lace front The shipping was too long Why would I pay so much money to receive a bad wig, I’m so pissed

The order did finally arrive, but it took about 2/2.5 weeks. I assume because they did not have the item in stock. I called twice and they did not provide a truthful shipping update. As long as you can be patient, your item will arrive.

On the day I recieved my order, I noticed that part of the hair I purchased was incorrect, so I immediately sent an email letting them know my order was incorrect. The next day I recieved an email from one of the employees saying, they recieved my question and will get back to me as soon as possible. I gave them my invoice number, order number. I stated exactly what I ordered, and what was sent, so I don't understand what question needs to be answered. Look at the order and send me the correct product. I had to reschedule my hair appointment and buy different hair. As of right now I do not recommend buying from this company. Company did correct the situation and was very nice about it.

Received the wrong item. Sent an email explaining that I received the wrong item. Received an email stating that they received it and that they were looking into it and that is the last I have heard. This is the first time that I have placed an order with this place and as of right now I’m not impressed. Sorry I don’t usually do this, I usually am a very patient person when I am communicated with.

I paid $10 or so more for two day shipping and that was on a Friday. Today is Tuesday afternoon and I just received a tracking number that says “no information available” with USPS. So what did I pay the additional $10 for? I still don’t have my order.

If y’all don’t have a color in stock, please do not put it on your website & proceed to allow us to purchase the item. Especially if we chose expedited shipping, we are expecting the item quickly or soon. I wasn’t told that my order will be delayed by an entire week until I reached out to the company initially after I noticed my item hadn’t been shipped after paying extra for shipping. I was told that the color I ordered was delayed due to Covid but that was never communicated to me before I reached out. If I didn’t, I likely wouldn’t have known, and I have events to attend that I need my item for. There was so much time wasted going back and forth with customer service via email after I had called 3 times in the span of less than two days & had to leave voicemails each time because the phone is never answered. It’s so frustrating honestly...

Still waiting for product. Did not receive priority mail but paid for it.
