The lashes I purchased were shown up close so they looked smaller than they actually were. I clearer listing with a photo of how they fit on a face would have been helpful. I asked and received a tracking link right away, and got the round around when I asked how to go about a refund, which is listed on the site. I would like to support small businesses such as this one but this experience has not left the best of impressions. A more prompt and thoughtful attention to my refund request would have been helpful and would have promoted future business.

Scam. Never recieved package. Not answering the phone or calling me back.

Customer service is terrible! It’s been almost a week and I haven’t received my order. Paid for two day shipping and they have not honored it. They are still using the “covid delays” lies and not providing any updates or reimbursements for expedited shipping. I will stick to samsbeauty or ebonyline. They don’t answer emails, phone calls, etc they don’t honor fast shipping so don’t even waste your time or money. If you order something expect slow shipping, no contact/updates or tracking number, it’ll probably take WEEKS. Don’t trust the five star reviews.

My package was returned to the sender from the post office. I was unaware of the situation until the day I was expected to receive my package. I called immediately to find out what happen I even doubled checked my address and it was correct. I called several times and left several emails it was nearly impossible to contact anyone. I finally spoke to a gentleman in customer service and looked up my order and notice that someone forgot to put my apt number on my package before shipping. The customer service rep said he was processing my order the same day and expediting my shipping. It has been 5 days and I have not received any information regarding my package or a confirmation number. I’ve called again and sent emails this is not a good place to order from I’m very disappointed with their service.

Thinking of reporting this site to the better business bureau. I ordered the product on 6/10/21 and paid for 2 day priority shipping so the product should be here by now. Left a message for them to inquire about my order, had not heard anything back nor have I received a tracking number. The company is supposed to be based in FL so it shouldn’t take that long for me to receive my order. Will not be ordering anything else from this company. I will stick to the 2 sites I always order. Save your time and money. Do not order from them.

The service that was provided displayed how incompetent people can really be. I placed a order only to get a shipping label previously used for another order. I waited a week and got it shipped two days later after calling for the screw up. Then i get my order and what do you know..you guess it the wrong hair color. I even doubled check to make sure i placed the order with correct color and i did. I sent a email about it and they never responded. Im so done with them and would tell others shop somewhere else.

It was not as I anticipated I guess I didn't look thoroughly I though it was individual braids instead it was all together and to big for my head need to send back.
