It’s been over a week & still haven’t received my unit. They claim there is shipment delay with the color I order due to COVID-19. First & last time ever ordering anything from this company, because people still can’t be using COVID as excuse to not have their stuff together & provide customers with exceptional services.

I ordered five wigs on September 24 at that time every unit indicated that it was currently in stock. Two weeks went by without any communication from the company and then I got an email letting me know that not a single item that I had ordered was actually in stock. Furthermore they literally told me that they had no idea when the shipment might come that my order was on. Not even like one month two months three months no idea! At that point I knew I had probably lost out on buying those units from another online realtor so I decided to stick it out and wait. After about almost another three weeks I decided to email them to see if they had any update about the status of the shipment surely by now they must have some clue right? Unfortunately I get back one of those generic emails so I go to my account on the website and lo and behold my order has disappeared. Clearly it’s been canceled on their end but I have no idea when it was done because I got absolutely no notification that they had refunded my money and weren’t going to be sending my merchandise. If they had even the decency to let me know that they were going to be unable to fulfill my order I might have been able to find maybe one or two of the wigs that I wanted somewhere else still but nope no notice whatsoever and this is after telling them that I was willing to wait. When I tried to call about the order being canceled without my permission I got one of those generic voicemail lines that companies that are often based overseas have. I’m not sure if this company is terribly mismanaged or a complete scam.

I had bad experience paid for 2 day priority mail..my package just getting shipped on the 6 day..thats not business.

I have ordered two wigs from this company and I only received only one. I have been calling and emailing them about my order and no answers

I placed an order Sept 10th and received a confirmation but no status update.. I have called and left a message and sent an email ... Can you please provide me a update or I will cancel the order and ask for a refund... thanks

Order a hair from the 11th of September. Hair is not available and they don't want to cancel the order and release the hold from my card. Called and finally get someone and they said they will be canceling the order and release the hold and up to know it hasn't been done. Send over a 100 email for these people to cancel the order and release my money , still no reply. At this point I don't need the hair, just need my money back.

I placed on order on Monday and have yet to receive a tracking email. I've reached out several times with to follow up. I will be contacting my bank on monday

I've paid almost $150.00 for a wig. Apparently, the wig is out of stock. Onebeautyworld has not followed up with me as to if they will refund my funds. I've emailed several times. This is very disappointing.
