I have not been able to reach anyone to find out when I will receive my purchase, and I am not able to track it. I need assistance please.

I paid for priority shipping on 5/2 and it's 5/5 amd my order is still not delivered I feel the option for expediting shipping should not be available for US ordera if the request can not be fulfilled.

I did not actually receive my first order. To make matters worse they have yet to resolve it. I re-ordered the hair with a different address and 2-day priority shipping and so far it seems as if I will receive this order. Customer service was rude and no help, they have a phone line that does allow you through to anyone most days. When I did get through to someone the story was basically it says delivered and it’s out of our hands. After calling USPS TO INVESTIGATE they told me the package was delivered to the area but could not confirm it was actually delivered to my address. I emailed them to let them know I would like a claim submitted on my behalf and absolutely no help. Completely unresponsive. However whenever I placed the second order they are communicating very well about this order. I would try to find a more reliable company to purchase hair from, I soley purchased from this company because they had a specific band of hair I like to use. I probably wouldn’t order again as it feel like a gamble with my money. $40 down the drain but a lesson learned!

Very poor customer service! Requested a refund 3 times! After 2 weeks no package I called and I was told I could look forward to receiving what I order on a certain date! after not receiving it I called AGAIN to receive a refund and was told over the phone it was out of stock after requesting a refund and it did not arrive nor have i received response after the 3rd request for refund! A full month in a half has passed no response to email requests for refund! First time using this site and I’m very disappointed! They took my money and now won’t respond for refund DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

I attempted to purchase a wig from them on 3 separate occasions. Each time I was told the wig I ordered was either not in stock or the color was not available. The fact that they cannot manage their inventory on their website is ridiculous! I see in other reviews they respond using the Pandemic as an excuse. That is also ridiculous! That would not effect a company’s ability to have their inventory match their website. Let alone for over a year! I will never order from there again and I advise everyone else to do the same. STAY AWAY!! Don’t waste your time with them.

I have been trying to contact the company ever since I placed my order but to date it has proven unsuccessful. I sent an email -NO REPLY. I want to know how soon my order will be fulfilled . An urgent answer is needed please. I DO NOT LIKE SPEAKING TO MACHINES I NEED TO SPEAK WITH A HUMAN BEING.

Please do not order from the site! The customer service could use some improvement.
