The final product was excellent! But, the IA struggled and it took a really long time to get it right. I have 6 people in my family and I was constantly having to redo prompts because they would leave a "character" out and I would have to do it again. I like how you add characters at the start but it often didn't seem to help. I wish it was easier to create images than what it was for that reason.

Book was exactly how I had expected. It was delivered in a very reasonable time. The only issue I had is that I wasn’t able to see more of the book that I created before I had to put in payment.

Thank you so much, Ellen! We’re so glad your book turned out exactly how you hoped and arrived in good time. ❤️ And we really appreciate your feedback about the preview. Unlike many personalized books that start with a pre-written template and simply change a name or character, every Once Upon a Memory book is created completely from your own photos, memories, and story. The story is written specifically for you, and every illustration is created specifically for your book. Because creating the full custom story and illustrations involves a significant amount of work and cost on our side, we provide a preview before purchase and then create the rest of the book once the order is placed. We completely understand wanting to see even more beforehand, though, and feedback like yours is incredibly helpful as we continue improving the experience. Thank you again for trusting us with your memories!
